This Kirkland condo complex got a major upgrade with a refreshed stucco exterior using Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP for durability and weather protection. The color scheme was updated from brown to Pavestone on the lower stucco and Amazing Gray on the upper sections, creating a modern, eye-catching contrast. Around 1,200 gallons of paint were used to complete the project with lasting quality and precision.
